Warren honored for serving as a role model for girls on workplace and community leadership
The Girl Scouts of Greater New York (GSGNY) honored Tiffany R. Warren, Senior VP, Chief Diversity Officer for Omnicom Group and Founder & President of ADCOLOR®, at the annual Women of Distinction breakfast on Wednesday, October 28. Ms. Warren was recognized for her leadership in efforts to diversify the advertising industry.Each fall, for more than 20 years, GSGNY has recognized women like Ms. Warren, who have achieved great success in their careers, have made a difference in their community through volunteerism, and who serve as remarkable role models for the more than 29,000 girls who participate in GSGNY and countless other girls in New York City.

Warren works hard to promote diversity in the field of advertising and exemplifies the leadership qualities of the Girl Scouts,” said Barbara Murphy-Warrington, CEO of GSGNY. “We are thrilled to honor her as a Woman of Distinction.”It was through Ms. Warren’s participation in the local troop in Roxbury, MA., and at Girl Scout camps which led her to form lasting friendships, learn new skills and broaden her perspective.“Girl Scouts taught me about possibility and the power of dreaming beyond your circumstances—it was one of the greatest gifts I have ever received.” said Ms. Warren. “This award is reconnecting me with an organization that played an extremely important role in my life.”
As Senior VP, Chief Diversity Officer for Omnicom Group, Ms. Warren leads the strategy that enhances the Omnicom vision to be a world class, benchmark company for sustainable diversity and inclusion. She oversees a team of advocates focused on the advancement and retention of top performing talent inclusive of women, people of color and LGBTs.With 16+ years of championing diverse professionals in the advertising industry under her belt, Ms. Warren founded ADCOLOR® in 2005, which has since launched the ADCOLOR Industry Conference & Awards and the ADCOLOR FUTURES Program. As President of ADCOLOR, she continues to rally and break new ground around the many complexities of cultural diversity.
