Responsible for processing accounts receivable transactions, inter-bank transfers, reviewing daily bank transactions, balancing petty cash and recording all transactions in ERP system. Prepare bank deposits and process campus ID card financial transactions for bookstore and food service. Administer Perkins Loan Program i.e. record keeping, on-line exit interviews, written and phone correspondence. Coordinate with University Accounting Service and credit/collection agencies. Prepare collection letters for past due accounts and correspond with appropriate collection agencies. Assist in annual audit and various College functions as needed. Greet customers including students, faculty, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications: Associate’s degree and 1-3 years business office experience, preferably in a college or non-profit setting. Cash handling experience required and Perkins Loan program administration preferred. Candidates must be able to work independently and in a team environment, organize and prioritize work assignments and perform detailed and accurate work. Qualified applicants must establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, faculty, staff, students, vendors and the general public utilizing excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills. Applicants must have strong computer skills including Word and Excel. Candidates must be able and willing to work flexible and extended schedule including evenings.
