This position develops relationships with employers and community partners to increase employment opportunities for our students. Lead and administer all aspects of employment services including program development, implementation, assessment, and modification. Work directly with alumni to facilitate securing of employment for alumni. Research best practices in the areas of employment preparation, training, sourcing, database systems, and record/reporting processes. Perform essential communication activities to ensure smooth delivery of employment programs to students, alumni, faculty, staff, and employers. Identify opportunities and support the building of employer relationships for internship and career shadow program. Designs and instructs Women Empowered as Learners and Leaders careers course. Position participates in the development and execution of career and networking events and is the lead team member for the deployment and usage of NACELINK. Design and maintain virtual resources related to employment for our public website, internal portal pages, social media and other communications outreach. Ensure compliance with all regulations related to higher education and employment practices.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; 3-5 years’ work experience in career development, recruiting, employment/staffing services, or related field required. Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective training and presentation skills and experience with program design, development, implementation, tracking, reporting and evaluation. Advanced Microsoft Office, including publishing and data base management; proficiency with online learning and social media required along with excellent relationship building and management skills. Qualified candidates must be process oriented and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment along with analytical and problem solving skills and knowledge of data analysis and quantitative and qualitative research methods.
