This full time position is responsible for providing assistance with the set-up, troubleshooting and repair/support of computer and audio/visual equipment for both our Sturbridge, MA and Burlington, MA campuses in the academic and administrative areas, including classes and events, and training of faculty and staff as needed. This position is required to work a full-day shift on Saturdays at either campus and will travel between campuses as assigned.

Qualifications: High School Education; Associate’s degree and technology certification(s) preferred. This position requires one or more years of tier-1 and tier-2 technical and audio/visual support, troubleshooting skills, ability to work independently and knowledge of Help Desk / ticket handling practices. Qualified candidates must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record and must submit to and successfully complete all aspects of background check including criminal check.
