This position is responsible for providing administrative and general office support for the Executive Director. Provides front-line support to students and staff and provides superior customer services to all constituents. Position prepares communications, reports, and other departmental documentation. Responds to inquiries provides constituents with assistance and support in a timely and professional manner. Creates and maintains a logical and orderly filing system for the department. Orders materials and office supplies as needed. Position is responsible for maintaining reservation calendar for external groups using campus facilities. Assists the purchasing process including preparing purchase orders. Assists with budgetary record keeping, maintains and processes related forms. Position assists in the maintenance of departmental webpage.

Qualifications: High school diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred. Applicants must have five (5) or more year’s experience as an administrative assistant. Qualified candidates must be able to work with confidential material with integrity and discretion and effectively prioritize responsibilities and adhere to deadlines. Applicants must have excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills, and be extremely detail oriented. Candidates must have strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database experience.
