following full time, Tuesday through Saturday position:

This position serves as the first point of contact in person or by telephone
and is responsible for providing excellent customer service to students,
faculty, staff and guests of the College. Position acts as admissions
coordinator and as the administrative support for the campus staff. In the
absence of director of admissions, this position is responsible for entering
all admissions data, and providing admissions support.  Supervises work
flow, oversees scheduling of all room assignments and AV equipment, and
generates reports for attendance, course listings, GPA, and grade reports.
Position manages campus web portal, provides data entry support and generates
reports. Position provides support for the campus staff in delivery of services
and manages logistics for campus events. Create faculty and student letters and
emails and supervise the set-up of the technology in the classrooms.  This
position works closely with educational technology support to insure that all
problems are addressed and resolved in classrooms and offices.  The
position supervises the custodial services, maintains the campus budget and
orders supplies and services as needed.

Qualifications: Candidates must have minimum of Bachelor’s degree with
supervisory experience preferably in higher education. Qualified applicants
must possess excellent computer skills including Word and Excel along with the
ability to work with confidential and sensitive information and maintain
confidentiality. Applicants must work well under pressure to meet deadlines,
able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively. Valid driver’s
license and must successfully pass pre-employment background check including
criminal background check.
