Reporting to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement, the Director is responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive, integrated marketing plans for all of the College’s academic programs. The Director will be an integral part of a campus-wide team to achieve enrollment goals, working collaboratively with the Dean of Admissions and recruitment staff, academic program managers, and the Director of College Relations and marketing staff, and will take a leadership role in all enrollment-related marketing initiatives. The Director will be responsible for creative, results-driven, and cost-effective action plans for all programs, including online and hybrid, at all campus locations, for traditional and adult populations.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in positions of increasing responsibility directly related to marketing, preferably in a college/university setting. Knowledge of marketing best practices in higher education related to admissions, student affairs, academic affairs, and financial aid for both traditional and adult student populations is preferred.
