Sr. Director of Development
Architecture & Allied Arts
The University of Oregon is seeking applications for a Senior Director of Development for the School of Architecture and Allied Arts (AAA). Reporting jointly to the Dean of the School of Architecture and Allied Arts and the Assistant Vice President of Schools & Colleges, the Senior Director of Development will be responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and leadership of the AAA’s development program and will be the chief major gift fundraiser for the school. This position will represent AAA in development matters, set fundraising goals and strategies in conjunction with the dean and the AVP for Schools and College. The Senior Director will be responsible for the identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of top prospects with the capacity to make gifts of $100K or more. The position is field oriented, requiring direct contact with donors and donor prospects. The Senior Director will be responsible for meeting fundraising goals as they relate to the strategic needs of the university. Performance as measured against these goals will be evaluated annually.
