Reporting directly to the Dean of the School of Law and the Assistant Vice President of Schools & Colleges, the Senior Director of Development will be responsible for all strategic planning and implementation to increase fundraising for the School, will be a part of a dynamic team advancing both school and university priorities and will be the chief fundraiser for the School of Law. The Senior Director will be responsible for the identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of prospects with the capacity to make gifts of $100K or more. The position is field oriented, requiring direct contact with donors and donor prospects. The Senior Director will manage an Associate Director of Development, a Director of Communications, as well as events and support staff. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned fundraiser to shape the fundraising program, to work closely with an inspirational new dean and an energetic faculty, and to create new relationships with alumni and friends.
