The Partnership Assistant provides administrative support to all members of the
Partnership Team including data entry, grant processing, clerical system management and
deadline tracking, prospect research, and event management. The Partnership Assistant will
report to the Chief of Staff. The organization prefers candidates who can work out of its
office in Amherst, MA.

Qualified candidates should have the ability to analyze, solve problems and exercise good
judgment. Attention to detail, a high degree of personal organization, ability to manage a
fast-paced heavy workload, strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Computer literacy experience including spreadsheets, databases, familiarity with donor
management software are a plus. A bachelor’s degree or two to four years of experience in
a relevant nonprofit setting are indicators of appropriate ability.
