This concert means the world to me. I feel I have found a home at The City College of New York where I already enjoy teaching my Actor’s Workshop, states McKee. “And now, the school has given me the opportunity to produce a concert starring me and dear friend, Michael Henderson, who is a music industry icon and living legend. This is our first-ever appearance together and I’m so proud and excited that we’re presenting it at beautiful Aaron Davis Hall on The City College campus in Harlem NY!

A Night to Remember will be a dream for music lovers, as McKee will perform hits from Sparkle, Round Midnight, Lady Day and more. Henderson, long-time bass player of Miles Davis, will bring members of the original Miles Davis band to perform with him at A Night to Remember. Also McKee and Henderson will do a duet together for the one of a kind show. McKee, who starred in the hit 70’s classic Sparkle, which was recently re-made and released, has spent her life entrenched in the arts and music and is currently working on a new studio Jazz album.

Henderson who has toured the world and wrote 4 of the songs from the What’s Going On: 40th Anniversary Album (artist: Marvin Gaye) is equally thrilled about
A Night to Remember. “This concert is going to be one of the most amazing, show stopping performances of my career. My band and I are excited about bringing Quiet Storm, Funk, R&B, Soul, Jazz Fusion and the great style of my friend and mentor Miles Davis to Aaron Davis Hall, states Henderson.
